Live Omelette Station Setup
We frequently cater casual to semi-formal office, business and hotel events in the Tyler and East Texas area.
A quick view of a live omelette station - this is a buffet style breakfast catering we set up for a casual office event.
Guests will move through the line, select the ingredients of their omelette and watch as it is made hot and fresh to their specefications right in front of them! :) After they receive their omelette, they can load the rest of their plate up with the delicious side dishes chosen by the Catering Host. This quick video shows a typical "Country" Breakfast which included sausage, bacon, skillet potatoes, fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls and muffins. Popular condiments are also provided, such as an assortment of jellies, ketchup, Cholula, Tobasco, and Louisiana Hot Sauce.
Business Meeting Casual Lunch Catering
We frequently cater casual to semi-formal office, business and hotel events in the Tyler and East Texas area.
A short video of a buffet-style casual lunch catering for a business meeting that was being held at one of The Courtyard Marriott's conference rooms in Tyler, TX.
Selected entrees and sides were catered and served hot in addition to side salads, assorted cheesecake dessert options and cold drinks. Great spread for a casual lunch meeting! :)
